Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the Oshena box, stickers, and any included materials.
Proof of purchase or proof of warranty must be provided.
The item must be in its original, unworn condition with no signs of damage or alteration.

Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Exchanges:
If your item arrives broken or damaged, we’re happy to exchange it within 90 days of delivery, and Oshena will cover all shipping costs back to you for the replacement. You’ll simply be responsible for sending the original item back to us.
We also stand by the lasting quality of our materials — if any tarnishing occurs on your jewelry at any time, we’ll exchange it for a new piece with free shipping from us to you for life. You’ll just cover the cost of shipping the item to Oshena for inspection and processing.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, final sale items, gift cards, and worn jewelry cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or qualifies under our exchange policy above.
