We’re committed to getting your jewelry to you quickly and safely. All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping Options (U.S. Domestic Orders):

• Economy Shipping – Free
  Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.

• Standard Shipping – $6.90
  Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.

• Express Shipping – $20.00
  Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.

Order Processing:
Orders placed before 2 PM CST are typically shipped the same day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

International Shipping:
At this time, Oshena Jewelry ships only within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact team@oshenajewelry.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
